Robert Haimes has an exemplary record in leading successful business growth within the education industry. As Corporate SVP at eCollege, the leading educational eLearning SaaS solution, Bob oversaw the company’s business growth planning, corporate strategy, product management, marketing and channel development. As EVP of eCollege-owned Datamark, the leading enrollment marketing firm serving the for-profit college market, Bob initially served as Chief Operating Officer then Chief Marketing Officer& Account Management, restructuring and back-filling leadership in both organizations and setting the company up for future growth.
Prior to working in the education industry, Bob built a foundation of success in brand management and operations at Procter & Gamble, leading some of P&G’s largest brands while also leading numerous market launch efforts for new products and brand extensions. From Procter & Gamble, Bob led new product efforts as a Director at Boston Market and led Brand Marketing and Sales/Market Development as a Senior Director at the Coors Brewing Company.
Justin McMorrow was the vice president of Sales and Business Development at eCollege, where he also served in various leadership capacities for more than eight years. He was responsible for managing the sales team towards many large, multi-million dollar contracts. He also founded eClassroom, the K-12 division of eCollege, and is recognized as a leader in the virtual school space. Prior to his role at eCollege, McMorrow helped to start the Institute for Education Best Practices at the American Productivity and Quality Center.
Meredith A. Callison is an experienced educator and staff developer. As an Urban Systemic Initiative (USI) Mentor Teacher working for the Ysleta Independent School District in collaboration with the El Paso Collaborative for Academic Excellence, she worked to ensure high school students had access to high quality standards based education.
As a USI Mentor teacher, Mrs. Callison was responsible for designing and implementing district wide staff development for the implementation of standards based math and science curriculum and instruction. In conjunction with this role she wrote a district-wide manual and provided the staff development for both administrators and teachers during the initial implementation of the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills.
As a classroom teacher, Mrs. Callison taught Biology and Chemistry and designed a Geology course for her high school. In addition, she designed and implemented a hands-on lab program for at risk students in an alternative computer-based high school. Mrs. Callison also taught preschool and educational therapy for elementary and middle school students with learning disabilities.
Mrs. Callison earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Masters Degree in Educational Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso. She holds both Texas and Colorado teaching credentials in Secondary Science. She has also been recognized by Who’s Who of American Teachers twice in her career.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Mrs. Callison is involved with the Ronald McDonald House of Denver. She and her family also actively support the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
