While we strongly believe in the necessity of hands-on labs, eScience Labs also recognizes the value of e-learning tools. We supplement our hands-on experiments through a web portal where registered students can access virtual labs, animations, games and short videos about how science plays a role in our lives. These resources can be used as pre-laboratory exercises to better prepare students and as review tools to reinforce the concepts covered in each lab.

Registered students also have access to a monitored blog. This is a place where students can get support, ask questions, make observations, compare results and even pool data.

Our PhD-developed lab kits have been praised for their quality in both materials and content, but equally important are the precautions we take to provide a safe product. If an important experiment is not safe to perform in an unsupervised environment, we provide you with online videos of these experiments.
